What is your shipping policy?
All orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday, are dispatched the next working day. We cannot be responsible for missing packages sent on our Royal Mail service. Sadly, this does occasionally happen.

My item arrived damaged. What shall I do?
Oh no! We take our packaging very seriously so that our products arrive to you in perfect condition. Occasionally, accidents happen and if your item has been damaged in transit, please let us know here so we can help.
My item hasn't arrived. What shall I do?
Oh no! First of all, please triple check that you entered the correct address. You can find it in your order confirmation email. Secondly, please check if you have received a card from the postal service or courier. Failing that, we like to ask the neighbours or local sorting office to see if it's hiding there. If you’re still out of luck, please let us know here and we'll do our best to help.
Do you accept returns/offer refunds?
We offer refunds and exchanges within 30 calendar days of purchase on all items. Please send us a message here, so that we can help.
To be eligible for an exchange/refund, your item must be returned to us unused and unopened, in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for the costs incurred in returning your item and all shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or incorrect when dispatched by us, in which case we sincerely apologise).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are posting an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. Sadly, we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
