To be eligible for an exchange/refund, your item must be returned to us unused and unopened, in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for the costs incurred in returning your item and all shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or incorrect when dispatched by us, in which case we sincerely apologise).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are posting an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. Sadly, we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
